The Story

Integrity Marketing re-branded and re-launched a restaurant chain in the UAE called “Beirut”. It’s name influenced the creation of the brand story and positioning – “It’s all in the Mix”. Whereby, we have capitalised on the fact that Beirut is the capital of Lebanon and a mix of over 5000 years of cultureand civilization; spanning from Phoenician, Hellenic, Roman, Byzantine, Arab, Crusader, Ottoman, to French in recent history.

The contemporary Lebanese cuisine served in “Beirut” restaurantshas evolved over the several centuries into a rich mix of various foods or into what we have done today.
